John Wesley Tenney

My name is Lonnie: I was recommended John Tenney to be over my case by Judge Susan. John Tenney was standing directly next to me when i REFUSED his assistance over 5 times. He watched the Judge coerce and induce me, ignored my documents attempting to remove him, goes to the Judges bench with the Pros...ecutor and laughs with them every single time i court. He refuses my demands to hand over or provide any evidence in regards to the courts alleged jurisdiction over me which is the most basic and important information he should be concerned with if he really has intentions of helping me. He has ignored all of my affidavits of truth and has not defended or argued anything on my behalf in over 3 months. He has only gone to court, listened to my numerous challenges to jurisdiction silently, then offered to sign all court documents on my behalf after I refuse to do so. He has even ignored motion and affidavits of denial of corporate existence, motions to dismiss simply challenging jurisdiction, affidavit and motion to rescind and revoke all contracts and signatures, as well as demands to provide 2828 form of Power Of Attorney to provide I have provided consent. He is still on my case while I am leaving this review. I have a commercial lien of obligation against him, complaints to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, BBB, a civil complaint against him in small claims court, and this man is still refusing to remove himself from my case because the Judge bribed him with the promise of a $50 fee to remain on my case. If you come across this complaint, please make a copy of it and admit it into evidence. John Tenney has not provided any evidence of competency in regards to my case and there is not even an injured party, damaged property, nor an eye witness to any consumption of drugs, nor alcohol. This guy is definitely a double agent who will get on your case and drag you along just to get your money. He does not honor his Quid Pro Quo Contract to uphold the United States Constitution nor my rights protected by the TREATY OF PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP OF 1786-1787. He has even gone as far as to ignore all of my witness affidavits and have not contacted my witness even after being on my case for over 3 months and already having 3 continuances. He even forged a document stating I wanted an Attorney due to me refusing a Public Defender in first appearance. They reviewed the first appearance record, saw my refusal, acknowledged it on the court record, then forged a document to justify why they violated my due process rights. HE has witnessed me being coerced, induced, and my due process rights violated without doing anything but laughing with the Judge and Prosecutor.
