OUTCOME: Client obtained a mediation recommendation for increased parenting time....finally after all the years of fighting for his children!

My poor client had been barred for many years from fully enjoying parenting time with his children. Mother insisted on bringing up issues that were resolved over years ago as "red herrings" to impede ... progress in the custody matter. When I took over the case I had to review 25+ banker boxes of documents from prior attorneys. In the end, the mediator recommended a substantial increase in parenting time for my client.

OUTCOME: A parent with agency superivsed visitation was awarded primary custody of the children

When my client came to me they had 2 hours a week of agency supervised visitation. I took this matter to private mediation and received a positive recommendation. At trial, I was able to rehabilitate ... my client with the Judge that had ordered the supervised visitation. The Judge awarded my client primary custody of the children. What a victory!
