Michelle Lynn Slanker

Michelle Slanker will say anything to convince you to hire her. An attorney left the firm and I was asked to choose between the laWyler that left (who I had worked with for some time) and Michelle Slanker (who has no local experience or track record.) instead of allowing me to consider my options, sh...e used high pressure tactics to convince me to stay. Her tactics included stressing that I would not be refunded my pre-paid fees if I went with other lawyer (even though my case was only half over). While I elected to stay with my long-term lawyer and signed a letter confirming this choice, Ms. Slanker never passed the signed document on to the lawyer I selected and she refused to give me a copy. She also badmouthed my lawyer to persuade me to accept her instead.
