Kristin represents contractors, owners and design professionals in various litigated and arbitrated matters throughout the state, including construction defect claims, design defect claims, differing site conditions claims, and delay claims. Kristin operates in the arbitration and mediation phases of construction disputes involving private homes and commercial facilities. Administrative representation of licensed contractors facing investigation or potential discipline by State of Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is also handled.
