About me

For 30 years, I have been representing the interests of individuals accused of crime and related matters such as student disciplinary proceedings and license suspensions.  Additionally, I have been an adjunct lecturer/professor at the University of Florida College of Law teaching trial practice since 1990.


Our law practice consists of three attorneys, all exclusively handling criminal defense matters,all rated 10.0 by Avvo, and all practicing in excess of 27 years.


Our law office is located in Gainesville, Florida which is within the 8th Judicial Circuit ( which consists of the counties of Alachua, Levy, Gilchrist, Bradford, Union, and Baker). We are not a branch office. Our practice consists of three criminal defense/DUI attorneys that exclusively represent persons in this jurisdiction.
