Biography
Lance practices law in all areas of personal injury, with particular skill in workers’ compensation law and auto accidents. He has had substantial success before the Judges of Compensation Claims pursuing benefits denied by insurance companies. In numerous cases, he has obtained six to eight-figure settlements for his clients. Lance is a preeminent claimant’s workers’ compensation attorney, and he is well-respected by both the defense bar and claimant’s bar throughout Florida.
He has been a board-certified workers’ compensation attorney in Gainesville, FL, since 1999, demonstrating his commitment to high standards of practice. This is a rare and important distinction that contributes immeasurably to his skill in handling workers’ compensation cases. Outside of his practice, Lance is an outdoorsman, an avid fisherman and hunter. He and his wife, Kerri, have two daughters, Ashton and Ella.
