Steve has an unusual background with over 30 years of law enforcement experience coupled with 25 years as an attorney. He handles personal injury and wrongful death cases on a contingency fee basis meaning that there is no up front retainer to pay, and there are no fees or costs unless you win your case.

Over his years of practice, Steve has actual experience handling all kinds of injury cases over 30 counties in Florida as well as in 4 other states including crashes involving cars, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, tractor trailers, personal watercraft, boats, airplanes,  and ATVs to name a few. Steve has handled numerous medical & dental malpractice cases throughout Florida as well. 

In addition, he serves as a Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) contract attorney which means that when a law enforcement officer is involved in an on duty serious incident such as a shooting, Steve is sent to the scene by FOP to represent the law enforcement officer involved. Steve accepts limited crminal defense matters on a case by case basis. In addition, Steve handles probate administraiton (the administration of the estate of a deceased person with or without a will) in all counties throughout Florida, with clients (normally the relatives of the deceased) all over the USA and the world.

Steve is licensed to practice law in Florida, Tennessee, the District of Columbia, as well as admitted to all three federal court districts in Florida, the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the Supreme Court.
