Before opening his own law firm in 2018, McCabe worked for Ossi Withers, P.A., for six years. His time there helped him hone his craft, developing experience in a variety of estate planning and probate matters including trust administration and trust funding.
McCabe is a lifelong resident of Gainesville, Florida, and a three-time graduate of the University of Florida, where his father continues to teach as a law professor. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, his Juris Doctorate, and a Masters of Law degree in Taxation. He is happily married and continues to live in Gainesville, Florida, with his wife and three rescue cats.

Very Pleased
McCabe helped set up a trust for me and my wife. He's a very friendly guy and always returned my phone calls quickly. He really wanted to make sure we understood the trust before we signed it, and I felt like he gave a really good explanation. I would recommend him.

Excellent job
McCabe did a wonderful job on my eatate plan! We discussed the option of a will or a trust. A trust was more appropriate to my circumstances. The significant thing that happned was when I went to Palatka to file the trust the Putnam County clerk gave me some push-back! But McCabe had already cleared...
