Joel Evan Osborne

Joel Osborne Sr. is a native Floridian born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. He attended the University of Florida,and received a bachelor's degree in Sports Management in 2008. He was always very passionate about criminal justice, and in 2011 he began his pursuit of a law degree. In 2014 he graduated from Barry Law School in the top 15% of his class. He received book awards in torts, criminal procedure, and advanced legal research. In December of 2015, Joel Osborne Sr. opened The Osborne Law Firm in Lake Mary Florida. The focus of this firm was always the pursuit of justice for private citizens and commercial operations. In 2018 he was blessed with the opportunity to form a partnership with Albert Behzadi, an experienced former state attorney. The focus of the firm however did not change, and Behzadi and Osborne remained steadfast in the pursuit of justice. In 2021, Joel and Albert decided to close Behzadi & Osborne. Joel Osborne Sr was given the opportunity to run the Gainesville Office for one of the largest criminal traffic firms in Florida which he glady excepted. Joel Osborne Sr. practices exclusively  criminal defense for The Ticket Clinic. Joel Osborne Sr. represents those charged with criminal traffic, misdemeanor, and felony offenses in the First, Fifth, and Eighth Judicial Circuits in Florida.
