I want to MAKE SURE I follow the guidelines to give a clear and representation of my experience with Mr. Kruger. I am literally going to answer verbatim. 1) Make it clear in your review that you were a client of, or consulted with, Scott Krueger. I was a legal client of Mr. Kruger. I signed a rep...resentaion agreement and paid him 1,000.00 for services so yes I was his client. 2. Clearly explain what was positive or negative about your experience with this lawyer. Mr. Kruger was impossible to get on the phone with the exception of when he wanted the money for the retainer. He did not return calls nor did he respond to e mails. I fail to mention that he did call me once to tell me basically that I was not a priority. He represented me nearly a month after cashing the check and did absolutely nothing. He did not file the case. Did not make a call nor send an e mail on my behalf. The only call once again was a call to me to tell me he was not going to work on this any time soon. 3) Be sure to avoid any personal attacks or insults. There is not once personal attack made in this review as I dont know him. He may work hard for others. He did NOTHING for me. Not one thing and I am contemplating taking this (in)action to the bar. This was a probate issue and he failed to even advise me that my mothers deceased sons' sons would need to be included. This was information I needed to know before sending him a retainer as one of his sons would be difficult to find. This was told to me by another attorney. I have tried to post a review several times and I ill continue until I am able to share with others the inactions on my behalf by Mr. Kruger. As a footnote: The attorney FINALLY e mailed him AFTER I terminated the relationship to advise me of all the things he was GOING to do and advised that he was not going to refund any of the retainter. So in essence he took the money. Advised me afterward that he did not have time to work on the case, I fired him, he then told me he worked on the case and refused to refund the retainer. If he worked as hard for me as he did drafting the letter to inform me that he had worked then we would not be posting this review.
