If your ex is still getting monetary benefits (food stamps, WIC, etc.), the DOR may still be able to proceed against you, even if your ex closes...

Since his new wife is not a party in your case, the courts can not force her to pay his child support obligation.

The DOR does not concern itself with visitation and time-sharing issues. You will need to file something yourself to establish a parenting plan.
