also known as Bill Crispin
Bill’s interest in production agriculture and farmers in general started from his early days of being raised on a family farm in Illinois, graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in agriculture and representing farm-based clients continuously since 1983. Bill’s agricultural perspective was honed by this formative upbringing and education, especially stimulated by family members who were extension agents in Illinois. Since locating to Florida in 1991, Bill’s agricultural practice had grown to include the focus on crop insurance matters and other remedies that address a farmer’s crop loss and recovery therefrom. Bill’s practice has grown to constitute a national presence in representing growers on the critical areas of crop insurance, USDA program appeals, and the unique aspects of agricultural products liability issues involving seed law and related production matters.

Additionally, I find his legal expertise to be precise and well versed in many fields. Although Bill's emphasis is agricultural law...
