Adam Daniel Roark

Adam Roark is a graduate of Davidson College and the Wake Forest University School of Law. In addition, he holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, the number two ranked LL.M. program in the country.  In 2014, Adam was named one of the top Forty Under Forty business leaders in the Gainesville area by Business In The Heart of Florida Magazine.

Adam has devoted his career to helping clients better understand their estate planning and business planning options.  Accessibility and a willingness to take the time necessary to explain complex problems involving Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, contracts, and other aspects of estate planning and business law are foundation of Adam’s approach to lawyering.  Adam, along with a local financial planner, teaches the Santa Fe College Community Education class on Estate Planning and is a frequent lecturer and speaker across Alachua County.
