My son entered this with so much fear, because he didn’t know his rights as a father. After some research, I scheduled the consultation, we met with Ms Alishia and I knew immediately that she was my son’s lawyer. Ms Alishia was patient with us, thoroughly explained his rights as a father, answered... all of our questions and listened to us vent and express our concerns. She was very informative and always professional, even at times when we became impatient. There was never a day or time that we couldn’t contact and communicate with her, she was always available and gave her undivided attention to the case. My son felt heard! I am truly grateful to Ms Alishia for her knowledge and expertise and highly recommend her services. In the end my son was granted all of his requests. Through out this process she kept saying “Just stay the course!” I’m so thankful that we did.

Alishia did an amazing job. She came onto my case in the midst of chaos and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me through a family law case that began in December of 2022 until May of 2024. (She came on in October 2023) She was able to find a common ground for an agreement with opposing cou...nsel without having to go through the trouble of a trial all while keeping my best interest at hand . She didn’t just listen to me but she HEARD me. She is reliable, realistic, and willing to put in the work needed to get the job well done! If I ever need counsel again she will always be my go to.

I had another lawyer first and then I saw attorney McDonald in court fighting for her client to get a bond. I then fired my lawyer and hired her. She is no nonsense and honest. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything but will fight for you. She is very informed about the law and very very accessible. I have c...alled her at midnight and she called me back. I highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would but here we go for starters alishia will fast talk you in lnto thinking she knows the law and will do her best to defend you. She will over talk you to try and make you think she is right she only talked to my boyfriend for about 5 minutes total in the 10 months he was... in jail. I hired alishia 2 weeks into him being locked up so she had plenty of time to learn his case when I would ask questions she would copy and paste long internet post that if I understood I could google myself. She never answered my questions or she would give a dry answer and never showed any concern. she interviewed the “victim” that told 3 different stories and she never called them on any of the lies. In the interview she never showed any concern for her client she flat out told my boyfriend that if he went to trial he would lose. She never offered any defense never asked his side of the story never looked into getting any camera footage which was definitely there. He was told there was no camera footage in a grocery store none at the traffic lights none at the atm none in a McDonald’s just no footage from the entire town. We live in a very small town anything that is done spreads anything that is said spreads these people are walking around town laughing at how we hired the worst attorney in the world have flat out admitted they lied and said she wouldn’t figure it out cause she’s that bad don’t waste your money maybe this review will help her to do better but at this time she is not the way to go.

I wouldn't recommend this firm I didn't even get a call back. I see she's been doing great from 2017-2022 but currently Ms McDonald has been very unprofessional. I was promised a call on Monday after Easter haven't heard anything back yet, whatsoever. Had to hire someone else who actually called m...e back, had me come in and jump right on my case no excuses. If your serious about your life situations, I wouldnt recommend hiring Ms McDonald.
