Great paper pusher and probably fine for document reading but I had utilized him for a large case and I had to hire another attorney to monitor him becuase I thought he was incompetent. In fact, I think he would have lost the case if I didn't have the backup attorney "ride his you know what". He trie...s to "play nice" and he lets the other side run over him. This behavior cost us probably a hundred grand of wasted time because he didn't get aggressive with the other side. I would never use him again. And best of all, after spending humndreds of thousands of dollars, he abandoned us right before an appeal because he was concerned that we couldn't pay him, even though we had 8 grand left on our retainer. Look elsewhere
