Steven John Gilpatrick

At my first consultation Steve let me know that we had a 50/50 chance of winning a custody case. I hired him and although it took many months due to court backlog he was able to win the case. He provided excellent support to me. When I had a question I would always get a prompt answer. He personally ...called me to talk about the case. Never have I had such great customer service from any attorney. I hope I never need another attorney, but if I do I will be calling Steve Gilpatrick.

Me. Gilpatrick and his team were amazing. Every step of the way they helped with any questions I had and helped guide me through this process. With the experience that Steve has he was able to foreshadow what would transpire and accurately give a game plan. The best part is how personable he was... from the moment I walked into his office. I was very pleased with the service I received with Mr Gilpatrick and his entire team (Brooke and Hilary). The were extremely prompt and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I am in the military and even during various moves they made sure that I was kept informed of the particulars in my case.... I highly recommend their services.

I hired Steve on two separate occasions regarding child visitation and child support issues. The first time I talked to Steve was over the phone, as I was stationed in Texas at the time, but my ex wife and 2 children were here in Florida. They took care of everything. The only time I had to travel fr...om Texas to actually be here was for the court hearing. Steve and his staff did an outstanding job preparing for the case and ultimately getting me the visitation that I was entitled to. I wasn't as pleased with the outcome of the second case, but it wasn't due to any faults of Steve or his staff. Steve did a great job presenting my case, and had very specific facts and evidence to support my case. Unfortunately, when you put things in the judge's hands, it can go either way. I did get some of the things I asked for though, so it wasn't a total loss. I would definitely hire Steve again if I was in need of a family law professional. I would also like to mention Brooke and Hillaree. They are both true professionals and I really appreciated all the help they gave me.

With the addition of child and military ties, things complication became the theme of this chapter in my life. He took what my concerns and inquiries to heart, and helped me to find a voice in the midst of my personal turmoil. I honestly felt he understood and shared my concern (which was the wellbeing of my child), and made that his focus. He took time to help me carve a path in this complicated valley I found myself in; and, with the nicest, well-informed staff, helped get me to a place of calmness. They kept me informed at every end; whether it be email or phone call (from either Mr. Gilpatrick or his staff members). They followed up with me immediately with changes, updates, and options. They appropriately informed me of all of my options (instead of pushing me in a direction that best suits them). They answered all my (random) questions, and got back with me within a reasonable time to verify a response. At the end of it all, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my involvement with the group at this law office, I can't say enough about how professional and personable they are, and could never do enough to adequately thank them for their great service.
