My law practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate, probate/estate planning, and business law, involving both litigation and transactional services to our clients. I have been practicing law for over 29 years. Our firm has been conducting real estate purchase and sale transactions for nearly 25 years and can help you with your residential and commercial title, closing, escrow and settlement needs, whether it be title insurance, escrow services, or short sale negotiations. We have experience litigating real estate, business and real estate related finance matters, and appear in both State and Federal Courts. We have attorneys who represent creditors in bankruptcy and related cases. We represent lenders in commercial transactions and have extensive knowledge regarding financing and real estate financing related matters. Our firm provides estate planning and probate litigation services, including ancillary probate representation.
