Nickolas Gene Petersen

Went to Nickolas Petersen because he was reccomended and I was in a desperate situation of false arrest. He convinced me to plead no contest even thought I had done nothing wrong. Ended up losing my job and lost my house because of it. Later discovered from two other lawyers that he gave poor advice... and should have fought the charges due to poor judgement of the arresting officer. By then it was too late to fix my situation. He seemed uninterested in my case each time we spoke and I should have looked for another lawyer, but I had never been in trouble with the law before and had been emotionally damaged by spending a night in jail for something I had not done. I trusted him and he let me down.
