Kyle Steven Bauman

Kyle is a lifelong resident of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. His family is considered one of the area’s pioneers and they have consistently served the community for many years.

Kyle graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 2007 before attending Florida State University on an academic scholarship where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminology and Psychology. After graduating, Kyle choose to remain a Seminole, attending Florida State University College of Law.

While attending law school, Kyle served as Article Editor on Florida State University Law Review Volume 41 and was named Volume 41’s Outstanding Editor of The Year. In his last semester of law school, he was fortunate enough to participate in the Supreme Court of Florida’s Internship Program for Distinguished Florida Law Students, working under the direction of Justice James E.C. Perry. He also excelled in his classes, earning Book Awards for the class’s highest grade in Civil Procedure, Evidence, and International Law. Kyle graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Law School in May, 2014.

Kyle was admitted to the Florida Bar in October, 2014. He is excited to return to and serve the area he calls home. He has a general legal practice, concentrating in the areas of commercial and business law and litigation, appeals, creditor and debtor rights, debt collection, personal injury law, and real estate law.
