I was in two accidents one in 2013 and another in 2015 in bay county Florida. Mr. Greene took over for a lame duck local attorney. I went to 4 other lawyers before I went to Mr. Greene. All of the other lawyers told me I should take the plea being offered by the State. I was a passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding and a police dog alerted to drugs. Everybody was arrested and charged. The other lawyers told me to take ...the plea because you can't win a canine case. When I met with John he told me about a case that had just been argued before the US Supreme Court that was similar to mine. He had my case continued several times until the Supreme Court decision came down. He cited that case in my motion to suppress and my case was dismissed.
