Trisha Smith Graham

Trisha Graham is a seasoned Florida-licensed Lawyer practicing criminal defense, juvenile and family law. She serves the Northwest region of Florida primarily the counties of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton. Trisha graduated from University of Florida School of Law. During law school she was a member of the Trial Team and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She was hired as an Associate Attorney for a civil litigation firm in Palm Beach, Florida. Her practice areas included government agency liability, civil rights, workers compensation and negligence. Trisha moved on to become an Assistant State Attorney where she served her community for several years. As a prosecutor she gained extensive trial experience. She has worked closely with law enforcement on capital cases. Trisha is trained in communications intelligence, evaluation of forensic evidence and litigation techniques. While at the Office of the State Attorney, she handled juvenile delinquency/dependency matters, violent crimes, sex crimes, gun crimes, drug offenses, domestic battery/injunctions and traffic/DUI cases. Trisha was also an Adjunct Instructor at Palm Beach State College. She is currently the President-Elect of the Okaloosa Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
