Shayna Parrish Marsteller

Shayna Parrish Marsteller, Esquire, concentrates her practice of law in the area of Bankruptcy, Real Estate Litigation and Foreclosures as well as operates a civil mediation practice in the Crestview, Florida area. 

Mrs. Marsteller has been practicing law for 13 years and is admitted to all Florida State Courts and the Federal Court’s Northern District of Florida. 

Mrs. Marsteller received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Auburn University in 1996 and began working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a financial analyst.

She returned to college in 1999 and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2002 from Florida State University College of Law.

She began her legal career by working as in house counsel for a local community bank, after which she served as an assistant district legal counsel for the State of Florida.

Thereafter she became associated with a regional consumer bankruptcy firm, where she partnered with two attorneys, providing bankruptcy assistance in the Pensacola area.

After re-locating to Okaloosa County, Mrs. Marsteller practiced exclusively in the area of real estate and mortgage foreclosure litigation for a large statewide firm for approximately 5 years prior to opening her own practice.

Mrs. Marsteller's legal experience includes both courtroom and motion practice. 

As a result she is very knowledgeable in both creditor and debtor representation and is able to provide professional and practical legal advice. 

Mrs. Marsteller is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. She has extensive mediation experience and has participated as  a party or served as the mediator in over 500 Circuit Civil mediations.
