If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring this attorney was one of the biggest mistakes in life. From the beginning, he flat-out told them not to even bother fighting for time with their children, claiming they wouldn’t get more than a couple of days a month—and that he “couldn’t help me.” Imagine ...paying thousands of dollars to an attorney who tells you not to even try. Communication was beyond atrocious. Emails took weeks, sometimes months to get a response, if they were answered at all. Phone calls? Forget it. They rarely picked up, and returning messages was apparently beneath them. When his office finally did respond, it was dismissive, sloppy, and completely unhelpful. This man and his staff are the definition of unprofessional, lazy, and careless. Divorce and custody battles are already gut-wrenching, and the last thing anyone needs is an attorney who couldn’t care less about their client or their child. Do yourself a favor—save your time, money, and sanity. Run far, far away from this office.

Truly lives for his clients! Him and all of his legal team!! He’s honest about your expectations and gives feedback… whereas most attorneys would just gladly take your money. And in court, he will not back down when he knows he is right. After and during your case, you are their people! Definitel...y best of the best!

Mr. Hardy and his staff are not good at staying on top of communication. Also, his spouse oversteps, she is not a licensed attorney but does most of his legwork. Prior to a contempt hearing filed against my spouse, I was supposed to have a call with Mr. Hardy, and instead only got to talk to his wife.... I find that to be so unethical. I paid thousands and thousands for an attorney, and instead only get to talk to his "assistant"? She also didn't have any of the key evidence prepared and was asking for things I'd already sent and also painstakingly catalogued on a Google drive at 10pm at night the night prior to the hearing. It was so stressful to feel so unprepared. I felt like they didnt listen. I asked not to go after my spiuses pension, despite technically being entitled to half. All I care about is the kids. They went after it anyway after we had already told the judge that Financials were settled which made me look petty. I had drafted a settlement months prior and asked it to be sent to the opposing counsel, and I'm pretty sure they never bothered to send it. We lost my case. It was one of the very worst days of my life, and they didn't even call me afterwards to let me know what was next. Instead, days later, I was sent an invoice for $5,000 more. Run the other direction. Do not hire this attorney. There is a reason his firm is mysteriously not listed on Google.

Ryan did not perform to our expectations or to his commitment. He backed down in court and didn't follow through with questioning. He never met a deadline with the court, he always had to do an extension with some lame excuse as to why he did not submit paperwork on time. He did not put in the full e...ffort to get the best outcome for a father who is the better parent to the child. We will NEVER use him again!!!
