We were sued when we would not sign a quit claim deed for an adjoining property. It was not that we wanted the other property, but the survey provided was incorrect and the other party wanted us to sign an incorrect deed. Since we would not sign this incorrect deed we were sued. We were one of five p...arties involved in the case. In an effort to avoid trial all parties involved met at one of the attorney's office. We instructed Ashley what our desires were (correct deed and deeded access to our property). Not only did she accomplish our goals, but it was clear that she was far and away the best attorney involved. She took charge of the meeting and directed the other attorneys on what they needed to do. On several occasions the other attorneys specifically said to Ashley "well, you know better than I do...". The fact that she did exactly what we wanted (and what she said she was going to do) was very nice. It was also very comforting to know that we were represented by the most knowledgeable attorney present. Once Ashley was witnessed "in action" all of our worries about this problem went away. Ashley made the our first experience of being sued as pleasant as could be!
