Biography
Rainey Booth is an accomplished Florida personal injury lawyer and co-founder at Michles & Booth, P.A. After earning his B.A. from Washington & Lee University in 1981, he went on to obtain his law degree in 1984 from the University of Florida.
Rainey brings to his current practice former experience in insurance defense. At Michles & Booth, P.A., he uses this experience to build strong cases on behalf of injured victims and the surviving family members of those wrongfully killed as a result of someone else’s negligence. Rainey has devoted a large portion of his legal career to medical malpractice and pharmaceutical litigation, including cases involving defective drugs.
Rainey is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Bar Association, and The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has been involved in many significant cases in Florida and has led lectures on defective drug litigation for fellow attorneys.
