Biography
Brian Kirkland attended the University of Alabama, graduating in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Sciente. He attended Florida State University obtaining his Juris Doctor, with honors, in 1992. Brian was Captain of the Mock Trial team and Vice President of Moot Court. He won the book award in trial practice. After graduation, Brian worked as an assistant state attorney until 1994 when he went into private practice. Brian is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and is a certified circuit mediator.
