Biography
Thomas McGuire is a battle-hardened defense attorney. There is only one way to get battle hardened. That is survive the ordeal of many trials where clients are facing significant prison time and the defendant is claiming his innocence. After several of such trials, the defense attorney gains invaluable trial experience that will benefit future clients. There is something else that a battle hardened attorney has that only comes through many trials, and that is the ability to cross examine witnesses to show that their testimony is not as reliable as the prosecution says it is. Also, the prosecutors know which defense attorneys will actually take a case to trial no matter how bad things look.
Originally a prosecutor and civil injury attorney from New Jersey, Mr. McGuire moved to Pensacola, Florida where he practiced criminal law in the public defenders office for 10 years and in civil practice for 12 years gaining valuable experience in in civil and criminal litigation.

Sticky situation
Tom Mcguire helped me out of a pretty complicated situation. Without his help, no doubt in my mind, I would have spent some time in Escambia county jail.
