Far exceeded our expectations!

Exceptional Attorney on Securities Litigation, A Knowledgable and Experienced Advocate

I met Mr. Peter Mougey when he stepped in, at my request, on a very difficult and complicated securities case that had been handled very poorly by another attorney. Mr. Mougey’s ability to understand the human intricacies of the case, to handle the hand off from prior counsel, to process the volumin...ous records and to bring to light both the technical aspects of the case and the story of the case to the arbitration panel was unbelievably impressive. Mr. Mougey’s mastery of his specific legal subject matter and his overall skill in presenting a case is a welcomed experience to one undergoing the pain of litigation. Mr. Mougey’s ability to work with opposing counsel to constructively settle a case is also on a very high plane. Mr. Mougey was always realistic with me as to the cost and potential positive and negative outcomes of litigation. I never found Mr. Mougey anything other that prepared and never had to question if he had complete mastery of the case material. Mr. Mougey was always able to advocate strongly for me as a client. Mr. Mougey’s staff was likewise very professional and handled questions and my initial intake in a superior fashion.
