Biography
Louis A. “Trip” Maygarden joined the Florida Bar in 2008 and primarily practices in the area of general civil litigation. His additional practice areas of interest include; commercial law, general civil litigation, Real Estate law and contested guardianships.
Mr. Maygarden, a Pensacola native, is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.
At Cumberland School of Law, he received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy by completing additional coursework requirements and performing an externship at the Bessemer District Attorney’s Office. Also at Cumberland, he enjoyed competing in various trial competitions, sitting on the Trial Advocacy Board, and being a member in the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta.
