Unprofessional

Lied multiple times about not receiving 2 emails and 2 faxes about Financial Affidavit. He recorded a hearing and purposely left out some key points in the audio. The dirtiest lawyer, I know.

A phenomenal lawyer who will go out of his way to take care of his clients

I contacted Mr. Whibbs as soon as I was in need of a lawyer and it was the best decision I could have made. He promised he would get everything taken care of to the best of his ability and stuck to his word the entire time. Mr. Whibbs could not have been more professional and trustworthy while workin...g on my case. He went out of his way to help me out and was very reliable. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. Absolutely recommend!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
