Ms. Davidson handles personal injury cases with an emphasis on maritime cases. She handles accidents on commercial vessels, typically Jones Act and unseaworthiness claims, as well as accidents occurring on or by recreational vessels including jet skis and motor boats. She handles maritime cases across the United States as well as accidents occurring aboard US flagged vessels in foreign ports.
