I am involved in what many term "the people practice."  I represent injured and disabled people and help them get the compensation or benefits they are due.  My practice is split into three areas: personal injury, workers' compensation and social security disability.

In the personal injury area, I represent people who are injured by the negligence of others.  The injury may be the result of an automobile collision, a trucking collision, a slip-and-fall at a store, a dog bite, or any number of negligent acts.  I handle claims from the initial investigation stage, through litigation, mediation, and trial.

In the workers' compensation area, I represent both injured workers and employers.  I have successfully obtained benefits for injured workers on claims that were completely denied.  I have also successfully defended claims for local employers.  In addition to injury claims, I have represented employers who were fined for not having appropriate workers' compensation coverage in administrative hearings to have the fine reduced.

In the social security area, I represent people who are unable to work due to a physical or mental disability.  I have successfully obtained disability benefits for various disabling conditions.

I enjoy the client contact and providing guidance through the legal process for those who are most vulnerable.
