I never was told the total would be $1690. I was immediately told pay $700 up front. I only noticed the $1690 on the receipt. I was then charged $100 for the FREE CONSULTATION of 7 minutes. The $100 was deducted when I asked for a refund of $700 a couple of days later, in LESS than one week's time. ...
