I have been practicing in the Pensacola area since 1983. My practice is primarily in the areas of trusts, wills and probate which incorporates lilmited liability companies as part of the estate planning process. Additionally, a significant portion of my practice involves s.1031 transactions - tax free exchanges of real estate - where I act as the qualified intermediary and as the accomodation title holder when needed.
