Falsified Attorney Status in IL
Claimed and acted as a registered Attorney in Illinois. Collected fees (which were never returned) as an attorney and gave counsel. Caro has been under disciplinary action in NY for similiar shenanigans. I'd advise against engaging with him on any level.
