NW Florida's best lawyer
I searched the web for an attorney as I had no referrals. I deliberately wanted to choose an attorney that had experience in our area (real estate) and I also wanted a small firm so that I knew my work wouldn't be passed on to junior associates who would have to refresh themselves each time we neede...

Uhlfelder evaluation
We have worked with Daniel for over three years on our "case". We were not always sure what was happening but his periodic updates frankly were enough. He took what we thought was a pretty hopeless situation for us and turned it into a "victory". Not really sure how it all happened but we were ama...

A Hard Working Attorney
Mr.Uhlfelder handled our legal problems with much skill and courtesy in a timely manner. We were kept advised on each step taken to resolve our case. We were very satisfied with the results of his work on our behalf. Were we to need an attorney in the future, we would hire Daniel again.

Aggressive Litigator
Daniel handled a complex business litigation matter for me in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
"For foreclosure defense in the Florida Panhandle Daniel Uhfelder is the guy to go to. Our firm does not handle foreclosures in the panhandle and this is who we refer prospective panhandle cases to. He does great work. He went to the best law school in the state. If you have to drive 3 counties away to get to his office it will be worth the trip to hire quality. If you live in the Panhandle and hire a lawyer in South Florida to take your case the lawyer will probably not be driving 6 hours to go to court for you. They will will appear by phone or hire a coverage lawyer. If you have to drive three counties over to hire Mr. Uhfelder it is worth it to get outstanding representation and a lawyer who will be in Court in person for you."
"A very talented and passionate lawyer, dedicated to the fight with the fire in his heart that defines a true professional. He shows the very best qualities of a lawyer, respected by the opposition and judges alike, he is a real asset to his client and the community."
