We hired Mr. Thirston to officially help us with a foreclosure/lawsuit against a trust company we purchased our house through, He has been the worst decision we have ever made. He in NO WAY has made any attempt at defending us, I had to get nasty and demand he file a lien on the property, he does not... return calls, emails and more often than not isn't in the office. I highly recommend that if you need an attorney to fight for you that you not contact this one!!

I hired Mr. Thirston to represent me. I began looking for new representation after our first mediation. He didn't speak for me at all actually. I did all of the talking to the opposing lawyers. He forgot what we wanted and after stepping aside several times to get it all straight, he'd still orgott...en my number one need and I had to stop everything myself and take him aside again. He has a very nice smile and I'm sure he can do better. There were other things like, I had been waiting outside his office for an appointed time to meet and talk; I could hear his entire conversation about his upcoming weekend vacation and how awesome it was going to be. I waited more than half an hour for my lawyer to finish a non productive personal chat about his vacation. I felt unimportant and disappointed. One good thing is if you need papers signed for him and notarized, there's a notary right down stairs. This was convenient. However l, if you're the type of person who really feels you need assertive representation who's very active in your case and need attention and assurance , you may wish to seek elsewhere. He did take a call from me once, I now remember. Today I called his office and told his secretary that I had found a new attorney, I was immediately transferred to his cell phone he was in his car. That was the only time I was ever able to get Mr. Thirston on the phone when I called his office.
