James Herschel White Jr.

I hired Mr. White in 2017 to defend me in a felony court case. This was the first time I have ever been in any type of legal trouble so I was not familiar with the process. When I asked questions or tried to follow up on my case, I was met with nothing but rudeness by his secretary/assistant. In ...addition to the rude responses, it would take weeks or months to receive a response. I had to call multiple times just to get them to reply to an email. Mr. White was supposed to continue working with the state on making other payment arrangements for my case. I asked for an update in 9/2018. We were devastated by Hurricane Michael in 10/2018, so I understood not receiving a response. Nine months later, I finally receive a reply to my email from 9/2018 asking for an update on my probation and stating that we would discuss the next steps. It has been 6 months since that email and I haven't heard from Mr. White. I have almost finished my probation with no help from my attorney.
