My clients had retired from their employment with the promise that they and their spouses would receive company-paid medical benefi ... ts until age. When the company revoked the promise, the retirees sued in district court. The district court granted our motion for summary judgment, and on appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the district court's decision was affirmed.
