Douglas Scott Lyons

Lyons represented me in an auto accident involving a failed air bag, defective seat belt and a Bad Faith act by State Farm. Lyons filed out the bad faith forms wrong, allowing State Farm to get away with over $20 million in damages and being completely overwhelmed by General Motors attorneys, pass...ing out in court and ending up in the hospital. Other attorneys day he had screwed up the depositions so bad the case was not salvageable. Being permanently disabled, I lost everything and have had to live in poverty for the last 26 years. Lyons lied to me stating he had sued auto manufacturers before, which was a lie. When I successfully sued him for malpractice, I only received a fraction of his malpractice insurance because 11 other people were suing him. His 2008 problems should have never happened because the State should have permanently taken away his license.
