Did nothing!

We had an emergency guardianship with our mom being abused by her husband. Mr. Rachin took our money but stalled after being contacted by her husband's attorney and grandson. It was a life or death situation and he sabotaged our efforts to protect our mother by being intimidated and working with the ...other side. He offered to send our money back but lied about sending a cashier's check to another state's location to further stall our efforts to get another lawyer. It was as if he was working against us. He endangered our frail mother and upset her so much we had to take her to the ER after our appointment with him.
