Nicholas Anthony Colella

Admitted to practice law in 2017, Nick Colella concentrates on the unique business and regulatory needs of financial institutions. His practice involves regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Prior to working with Igler|Pearlman, Nick worked with a boutique law firm in central Florida specializing in tax law and commercial transactions. During his tenure at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, Nick interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Florida, as well as with numerous private firms focusing on everything from complex business strategies to class action litigation.

Nick received his J.D. from the University of Florida, where he was ranked nationally on the schools negotiation team, and received his B.S. from Penn State University.
