Biography
Michael G. Haire, Jr. a native of North Florida, oversees our Tallahassee, Florida office. He practices in all areas of general liability, automobile liability, products liability, construction and property claims. Prior to joining Perry & Young, Michael specialized in insurance defense. As an insurance defense attorney, Michael authored and contributed to numerous continuing education courses on insurance related topics in automobile insurance, ethics, premises liability, property insurance.
Michael is a member of the Florida Bar, the William H. Stafford Inns of Court, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Bar Journal and News Editorial Board. He is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University in 1994, a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from Brigham Young University in 1997 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Florida State University College of Law in 2000.
