Biography
I am an experienced lawyer with 20 years in energy regulation and administrative law at the Florida Public Service Commission. I have served more than 10 years as Chair or Co-Chair of the Florida Bar Public Utilities Law Committee. I have conducted more than 20 rulemakings, been on half a dozen appeals, and headed the legislative liaison section at the Commission. I am currently Secretary of the Florida Chapter of the Energy Bar Assoiation and Co-Chair of the Florida Chapter of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
