Brian O'Shea Finnerty

Mr. Finnerty was assigned to my case almost four years after its original pre Covid filing date in 2019 tasking him with a tremendous amount of catching up to do. He learned the ins and outs of my and my husband’s complex 13 charge case in a very short amount of time and navigated all of the depositi...ons far better than we could have hoped for. By no fault of his own our case was continued for a second time this past August 2023 until April 2024 so we do not yet have a resolution and we were understandably devastated, but we are confident and grateful that he is part of our team now and we appreciate his supportive and empathetic nature, responsive communication and patient explanations while we trust a judicial process that is much slower and more confusing that we ever could have anticipated.
