I have mediated over 1,500 matters in virtually all areas of civil practice including personal injury, workers'comp, negligence, business, contracts, foreclosures, civil rights, land use and eminent domain.  In addition to mediating divorces where the parties are represented, I do divorces without lawyers which is helping the parties to a marital settlement agreement resulting in a divorce by mediation. I am certifed as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court in both Circuit Civil and Family Law matters.

I have extensive litigation experience in the areas of personal injury and torts, business, contracts and foreclosures, and local government law.  I have had special training in the mediation of foreclosure cases.
