Samantha Arlin Hand

Samantha is an associate family law attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate their family law issues with patience, compassion, and understanding. She worked with Fournier Law for several years during law school and, after graduating from Florida State University, began assisting in a wide variety of family law matters including, but not limited to: dissolution of marriages, paternity actions, relocation cases and modifications. Not only does she have extensive legal knowledge about family law, she uses her knowledge to advocate passionately for her clients to achieve a fair, reasonable and personalized outcome.

In addition to working with Fournier Law, Samantha worked as a Student Advocate for FSU College of Law’s Children’s Advocacy Clinic to help individuals with children’s issues, adoptions, dependency and paternity matters. She also interned with the Florida Supreme Court and gained insight into the appellate process and procedures.

Beyond the law, Samantha is a daughter of divorced parents with siblings, step siblings and a blended family. She can relate to the challenges and fears her clients face. Consequently, she is motivated each day to help her clients and their families achieve a result that is in their best interest.
