Biography
My civil litigation practice is focused in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, bankruptcy and related creditors’ rights actions as well as probate and trust litigation. I represent national, regional and local financial institutions in all types of litigation matters including but not limited to Uniform Commercial Code enforcement litigation, real estate mortgage enforcement litigation and administrative and adversarial bankruptcy matters.
I also maintain an active probate and trust litigation practice representing not only national, regional and local trust companies in professional liability actions but also individuals in trust and will contests.
I graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2002. I earned his undergraduate degree in The Humanities from Florida State University in 1998.
