While in law school, Mr. Breth was a member of the Florida State University Law Review, the Florida State University Business Law Review and the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Upon graduation, Mr. Breth was inducted into the Florida State University Chapter of the Order of the Coif, an honor society for law school students who earn a Juris Doctor degree and graduate in the top 10 percent of their class. In May 2004, he graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
