Hiring Seth Schwartz and his team was the worst decision I ever made. He was less than responsive, increased his billing rate without notice, didnt show up as promised to court, my personal info was given to a high school classmate who also retained his services, and refused to explain how he billed ...me for over $10000 in two days after paying him ober $15000 to date. When i tried to speak with him about issues I had I was ignored. Resulted in an ethics complaint to Fl Bar for him and another employee. I know two other former clients who had similar experiences from this unprofessional shake down artist. He is a perfect example of everything people dislike about attorneys. He doesnt care about clients, only their wallet and he attempted. Since hired another attorney to fix his mess and now have full custody of my daughter.
